“We hired Five Oaks to come do a sink replacement. I was initially impressed with their fast response time getting back to me. The second thing that stood out to me was how well-written and professional his text messages were. John and Kevin showed up on time and got to work immediately. While they were working, I inquired about other possible jobs and John stated he could not only do them but fit them in that same day as well. I had asked for a second railing to be added to our staircase as we are getting older and I have mobility Issues. I had walked over to check on the progress and it was not only already installed but Kevin was already staining it! We also needed a new doorknob lockset installed which was completed flawlessly.
